Intelligent Factory

In 2015, the iProcess system was launched in VSO factories, and so did other establishments including Smart Conveyer System, Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), and the Rapid Response System (RRS). In 2020, the iFactory has been fully implemented. These initiatives efficiently managed manufacturing and fully integrated production lines and processes, aiming to optimize production processes and yield rate improvement.

Through practical automation equipment and systematic management, VSO can proceed with incomplete material production, as well as significantly reduce abnormal handling time. Not only maintained production flexibility and improved efficiency but also ensured high quality standards and achieved the goal of rapid shipment; Furthermore, continues to pursue vertical integration across our suppliers and customers.
