VSO Joins Open Compute Project
VSO has joined the Open Compute Project (OCP) as a Community Level member. Our objective as an OCP member is to create value by contributing best practices, particularly in cable solutions for system design innovations targeted for customer-specific workloads and efficient data centers. As a Community Level member, VSO will have the chance to jointly participate in projects that enhance and provide the evolution of cable solutions, such as immersion cooling applications, and look forward to expanding the range of technology within the OCP portfolio.
About Open Compute Project (OCP): The Open
Compute Project was established in 2011 by Facebook. OCP's mission is to share
open-source designs for hardware, aiming to accelerate innovation in data
center infrastructure. It challenges conventions by custom-designing hardware,
software, and data center operations from the ground up, and then sharing these
technologies with the community.
